Nov. 15, 2017

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Nov. 15, 2017 -- Web.com Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:WEB), a leading global provider of Internet services and online marketing solutions for small businesses, today announced a new Jacksonville, Florida-based corporate headquarters that will be developed for occupancy by the spring of 2019. Located at 5379 Gate Parkway, "Town Center Two" is an 18-acre site that will host a 6-story, 218,700 square-foot office building with parking for 1,200 and an open floor plan with collaborative workspaces to foster greater teamwork, creativity and efficiency.

"Since Web.com first opened its doors in 1997, we have grown from a small Jacksonville startup to a global employer of nearly 3,800 employees, of which nearly 1,000 Jacksonville employees are split between two office buildings with no room to expand," said David L. Brown, Web.com's chairman, CEO and president. "We look forward to soon serving our customers and employees out of a centrally located headquarters that affords us room for continued growth in Jacksonville."

Web.com's future Gate Parkway home is likely to include an expansive dining area, fitness center, health clinic, and open floor plans for greater flexibility in workplace design. Interior plans will be finalized in early 2018. Web.com employees also will have access to an outdoor courtyard and pedestrian walkway under J. Turner Butler Boulevard to St. Johns Town Center.

Town Center Two is a short commute for a majority of Web.com's Jacksonville employees. It was also chosen for its proximity to shopping and dining options at St. Johns Town Center and easy access to Interstate 95, Interstate 295 and J. Turner Butler Boulevard. In addition to Jacksonville, Web.com operates out of another 28 U.S. markets and in the countries of Argentina, Canada, Colombia, Spain and the United Kingdom.

Town Center Two will be developed and owned by VanTrust Real Estate, LLC. Rolland, DelValle & Bradley, Inc. is the architectural and interior design firm, England-Thims & Miller, Inc. is providing civil engineering services, and Brasfield & Gorrie is the development’s general contractor.
