Darryn brings over 30 years of expertise and experience in building technology businesses into growth companies by leveraging existing capabilities and creating service and technology offerings. Before joining Newfold Digital, he served as APAC GM to Hostopia (acquired by Newfold in May 2022) and before that as Regional Vice President for Rackspace Technology. During his many years in the industry he has worked for tech giants such as Oracle, BMC Software, VMware, CA, CSC and DXC. His start in technology was in the mainframe world and he has seen every shift in the technology landscape since then. Working across Asia Pacific, North America and Europe has given him a global perspective on how business is the same but different in every part of the world. Darryn's superpower is to inject all of himself into a company and build the next phase of its evolution. This has shown to be a winning combination with grit and determination and a sprinkling of talent. Darryn grew up in New Zealand, now resides in Bondi Beach and is a keen skier, cook and wine buff. Being a good human is at the core of his management style.
